No. You can send a finished logo or design, but a photo, sketch, list of ideas, or simple description is enough to get started. We’ll help shape it into a design that works for your product.
Yes. Every custom order includes a free digital proof. You can review the design and request changes before approving it for production.
Small batches are welcome. Available quantity ranges and pricing depend on the product and project details, so submit your idea for an exact quote.
After a group approves its custom coin design, we can create a private ordering link. Members use the link to order and pay individually, and we handle production and shipping.
Starting a project does not charge you. Your final payment timing and checkout steps will be shown with your project quote and proof approval workflow.
Typical production time is 1-3 business days after you approve your proof. Shipping time is added on top of that, and the clock starts at approval rather than when you order, so how quickly you review your proof matters. Large quantities or several rounds of artwork revisions can extend it. If you have an event date, include it when you start your project so we can confirm what is realistic.
Yes. Use My Orders to follow project status, proofs, messages, and available shipment tracking after the backend order system is connected.
